com . 12 Hour Nights: This is a night shift position , with hours from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM . The role follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule: two days on, two days off, three days on, followed by two days off, two days on, and three days off.

Team members will work every other weekend , including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. job purpose : Able and available to perform all processing positions in the absence of the operator who normally performs the job. This includes Separation Operator, RO Milk Operator, Membrane Operator, Pre Batching Operator, UHT Operator and CIP Operator.

Responsibilities

: Operate Tetra Aldose, Alsafe and UHT (Ultra-high-temperature) pasteurization equipment in the processing area in a safe and sanitary manner following all GMP’s. This includes monitoring and maintaining process controls of heat exchangers process variables and documenting accurate recordings of process parameters while in operation. Cleaning the processing equipment which includes hand cleaning parts, clean-in-place (CIP) and clean out of place (COP) operations on a daily basis.

Perform any other duties assigned by management. Know proper established start up and shut down procedures. CIP of Silos, and line circuits.

Take proper samples of products for QA testing. Take proper samples to monitor CIP system for chemical strengths. Service pumps, valves and heat exchangers as needed and/or per preventative maintenance schedule.

Develop and train team members.

Must be able to operate the equipment effectively after the appropriate break-in period.
