Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: optimize and maintaine distribution systems to fully realize revenue potential across all connected channels keep our booking system interfaces running smoothly by monitoring performance and working closely with our system providers maximize content scores and enhance Ruby Hotels’ visibility by maintain and optimize content management platforms such as Concerto HCM or Leonardo in cooperation with marketing drive our online reputation by taking ownership of IHG's reputation management platform Medallia and the AI response tool MARA respond to international online guest reviews in line with Ruby and IHG quality standards and KPIs work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep our systems running smoothly We've been waiting for you, since you have/are: completed training in the hotel or travel industry and have preferably already gained experience in a similar distribution role already had touchpoints with maintaining distribution channels such as websites, OTAs and GDS, and know how hotel distribution systems work a good understanding of content management across Concerto HCM, OTA extranets and GDS a strong communicator who enjoys bringing different teams together a structured way of working, a great eye for detail and enjoy improving the way things work good written and spoken English and German skills What's in for you?
