How You Will Contribute Market / Operational Execution Assist in managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, replenishment, order picking, and shipping activities.

Monitor order accuracy and inventory control processes to ensure product quality and minimize loss, breakage, and mis-picks. Partner with the Warehouse Manager to implement operational improvements that enhance productivity, efficiency, and service levels. Assist in managing warehouse equipment, maintenance schedules, and vendor service needs.

Prepare and analyze operational reports to monitor key performance indicators, including productivity, safety, and order accuracy. Step in for the Warehouse Manager when needed to ensure uninterrupted warehouse operations. Customer Account Support Support timely and accurate order fulfillment to maintain customer service standards.

Collaborate with Delivery, Procurement, and other operational teams to ensure seamless product flow and service execution. Help ensure inventory availability and warehouse performance support business and customer needs. Team Operational Support Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to warehouse employees while ensuring adherence to performance standards and safety policies.

What We'Re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control practices, and material handling equipment. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational deadlines. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Physical Schedule Expectations Warehouse environment with exposure to forklifts, palletized inventory, and warehouse equipment.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform warehouse floor activities for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including cooler, ambient, and outdoor environments.
