You will focus on executing recruitment strategies that achieve the business’ hiring and diversity recruiting targets. You will have the opportunity to provide guidance to and share knowledge with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

: Build effective sourcing strategies to develop candidate pipelines Recruit for assigned demand across business account(s) and skill sets, including collaborating with other recruiters to develop and execute recruiting plans to meet hiring goals and report on progress against plan. Support collaboration across recruiting teams and business to improve diversity hiring Participate in additional recruiting efforts such as career fairs, sourcing efforts, etc.

for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland .
