Responsibilities

: As an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist / Engineer at Neuralink, you will support and help drive the day-to-day functions of the Safety Team across our two California locations — South San Francisco and Fremont — as well as other functions throughout the company. This is a role for a highly motivated person who has deliberately chosen EHS as their career, or an experienced technical lead ready to own and manage multiple EHS programs across both sites. You will continuously maintain facility permits and registrations to comply with local, state, and federal regulations while improving existing safety programs, training, processes, and operations.

We are looking for a well-rounded, mechanically-inclined team member who takes ownership, works independently across sites, and enjoys unique projects that push them outside their comfort zone. You will regularly split your time between the South San Francisco and Fremont facilities and be trusted to prioritize and advance programs at both.
