The Human Resources Manager serves as the sole Human Resources professional for a multi-state organization, providing strategic leadership and hands-on support across all areas of Human Resources.

, and applicant tracking systems. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, offer administration, and pre-employment activities. Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
Performance Management Lead the organization's performance management process, including goal setting, annual reviews, calibration meetings, and performance documentation. Coach managers on employee development, performance improvement plans, corrective action, and effective performance conversations. Payroll Administration Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll accurately and on time.
Ensure accurate payroll processing, wage and hour compliance, employee classifications, payroll tax reporting, and year-end payroll activities. Maintain payroll records, reconcile payroll data, and resolve payroll-related issues.
