We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Reporting Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Manager of Financial Reporting, you will play a key role in preparing and filing regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and supporting both internal and external reporting processes. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact finance team at a time of significant transition, where you will be closely involved in the financial reporting and governance that are critical to the company’s evolving needs.

Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate timely and efficient audits, ensuring all necessary supporting documentation is provided. range for this role in Colorado is listed above.

Qualifications
and Skills: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience. CPA 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, with public accounting or financial reporting experience preferred Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX controls Advanced knowledge of Excel (ability to maintain complex spreadsheets) Works well in a team environment, as well as independently Excellent research analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset Ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and follow through to execute all tasks You have an advantage if you bring: Familiarity with Netsuite and Workiva Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
