CUSTOMER INTEGRITY THREAT DETECTION MANAGER (STARLINK) At SpaceX, we are committed to ensuring the service remains a force for good and sustains trust worldwide: both connecting the unconnected and executing thorough processes to detect and prevent misuse by illicit operators.

We are looking for an experienced professional to detect, disrupt, and investigate potential misuse of the service—including proactively combating and deterring illicit operators. This person must strike the careful balance of safeguarding customer information and privacy while applying enforcement measures and executing with an even-handed approach, avoiding overreach and disproportionate collateral impacts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

: Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks Design and develop solutions to priority risks .

: Ability to travel as needed for business (15%) This position is based in Bastrop, TX and requires being onsite—remote work not considered Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed ITAR
