About The Role

ai is Anthropic's most visible product surface, and how well our models perform there shapes how tens of millions of people experience Claude. ai product team. ai and Growth product team.

You'll balance hands-on execution with the systems that let the team ship new models and new features with confidence. You won't write evals yourself, but you'll make sure eval coverage exists, burn down lists get completed, and issues get resolved before they become surprises. You'll also run the team's core operating rhythms and invest in our feedback-loop systems connecting consumer users to what the product team does next.

Compensation

range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Requirements

for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas!
