What you get to do! ) Help to implement emerging AI technology in the talent space Build relationships with candidates and provide them with a high-quality support throughout the interview process Stay abreast of recruiting trends and innovative approaches, provide training and advice to hiring managers and interviewers Collaborate with peers, business leaders, and HR to ensure a consistent and excellent candidate experience Support recruiting related continuous improvement initiatives Work on cross-functional projects broadly across the company where you can exercise your entrepreneurial spirit by supporting the development of a fast-growing organization, unique culture, and scaling of internal functions.
Collaborates in the development and coordination of a comprehensive talent acquisition/recruiting strategy. Develop and coordinate strategies for career events, conferences, Intern and Apprentice programs What You Will Bring To The Team Bachelor's degree or combination of equivalent education and experience required, preferably in human resources, organizational leadership, business administration, business management, or similar field of study. 8-10 years job-related experience as a talent acquisition or recruiting professional.
Excellent sourcing skills (proficient use of LinkedIn Recruiter is the minimum expectation) Experience working collaboratively and effectively with hiring managers. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Solid verbal and written communication.
Experience with Greenhouse a plus. 22 per year.
