Who We Are

looking for Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled R D Composites Molding Engineer to lead research and development of advanced thermoplastic molding processes, tooling technologies, and prototype equipment for our manufacturing operations. This hands-on role emphasizes developing new molding processes, designing prototype tooling, and testing emerging technologies while working directly with molds, molding equipment, and R D teams. You will independently manage multiple R D projects from concept through prototype validation, supporting Re:Build's diverse manufacturing capabilities across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate is an experienced engineer who combines strong technical knowledge with a hands-on approach to solving complex R D challenges and advancing manufacturing capabilities. What you will get to do!
