Team Supervisor / FedEx Business Contact (BC) – Crofton, MD Starting Salary: From $62,400 per year Ground Logistics is seeking a motivated, hands-on manager to oversee daily FedEx delivery operations. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving performance, safety, and team culture. As a Team Supervisor / FedEx Business Contact (BC), you will play a direct role in the success of the operation each day.

You’ll be present in the terminal, leading drivers, managing dispatch, solving problems in real time, and maintaining a strong partnership with FedEx leadership. This role requires consistency, flexibility, and availability. Operational needs may require early mornings, extended days, or weekend involvement.
