Senior Consultant, Strategy & Transformation

As a Senior Consultant at Valent Partners , you will play a critical role in the de sign , execut ion , and deliver y of s olutions for our clients ’ toughest business challenges . On a typical day, you will contribute to complex multi-threaded projects , streamline client business processes and technology environments , develop go-to-market strategies, or execute change management initiatives. You will work alongside clients and interface with executive stakeholders under the guidance of Valent account leads to plan and execute successful client engagements .

Internally, y ou will collaborate with other Valent leaders to contribute to business development and operational activities to build the Valent Partners firm.

Depending on the client’s location, team members may work with their project team at the client site or from the Valent office We add value best when collaborating directly with our clients and with each other, in person whenever possible and virtually, if necessary We staff team members on a variety of projects across different industries, technology platforms, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
