We're looking for a friendly, proficient, detail-oriented Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our Client Service team.

Whether you're an experienced veterinary receptionist or someone with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn, we'd love to meet you. Veterinary experience is preferred but not required. What You'Ll Do

As one of the first people our clients interact with, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for every pet and their family.

Responsibilities

Duties may change based on hospital needs. Veterinary reception experience preferred, but not required Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy hospital environment Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Comfortable learning new technology and hospital software High school diploma or equivalent Saturday availability required as part of a rotating schedule Ability to lift up to 30–50 pounds Comprehensive Training & Career Development – Gain access to ongoing learning opportunities and career growth programs.

Compensation
