Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will develop learning strategies, enhance leadership capability and drive initiatives that foster continuous learning across the organisation.

Requirements

Proven experience within Learning & Development, Talent Development or Training roles Experience designing and delivering engaging learning programmes across a variety of audiences Strong facilitation, presentation and instructional design skills Experience delivering leadership development and soft skills training programmes Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring learning outcomes and programme effectiveness Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms is advantageous Good understanding of adult learning principles, coaching methodologies and learning best practice
