Investment Strategy Director

THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it We are looking for a Director of Investment Strategy to lead one of the most important commercial levers in the FanDuel Sportsbook business: how we allocate and optimize generosity investment across the lifecycle. This role sits at the center of FanDuel’s generosity ecosystem, partnering primarily with Customer Marketing, Data Science, Finance, Go-to-market and Analytics to ensure that every dollar we invest in customers drives long-term value for both the customer and the business. The Investment Strategy team is responsible for: Defining generosity investment philosophy Setting capital allocation frameworks and guardrails Measuring investment effectiveness Identifying opportunities to improve ROI and customer impact Helping evolve FanDuel toward more personalized, model-driven investment strategies This is a highly strategic and commercially impactful role with significant visibility across the organization.

What We'Re Looking For
