Implementation Specialist, Northern California

IXL Learning, a developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support mid-size districts in California. At IXL Learning, professional learning is more than delivering training; it’s about partnering with educators to transform teaching and learning in their classrooms, schools, and districts. As an Implementation Specialist, you will support mid-size districts to ensure a successful IXL implementation.

You’ll serve as a reliable partner and IXL expert, sharing practical strategies for using IXL to advance their district initiatives, delivering high-quality professional development, leading data reviews, and supporting strategic planning. Through your work, you’ll help districts move from adoption to consistent, effective use of IXL that drives student growth. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, instructional leader who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

The ideal candidate is a polished communicator and engaging presenter with experience in instructional coaching or school leadership, and is excited to travel to support districts throughout California. #LI-REMOTE This is a full-time remote position for candidates living in Northern California.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

BA/BS degree 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting; instructional coaching, school leadership, or edtech PD experience strongly preferred 2+ years of experience providing professional development Experience supporting district implementations strongly preferred Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators Excellent interpersonal skills—dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology Strategic thinker and problem-solver Must live close to a major airport The base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 to $90,000 + potential bonus eligibility +
