We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Program Manager to oversee IT and telecommunications programs within our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT program management, strong leadership skills, and experience in strategic planning and resource management. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, training and managing team members, and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a Federal Government environment.
Key Responsibilities
: Lead and manage IT/Telecommunications programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop and execute strategic plans while efficiently managing resources across programs. Collaborate with Federal and Contractor personnel, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Requirements
Train, mentor, and manage team members to support their professional development and ensure project success. Ensure compliance with Federal Government regulations and standards.

Qualifications
: • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience or 14 years of experience with no Degree • One of the following certifications is required: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) OR PMI • Experience in strategic planning and resource management.
Preferred Qualifications
: ITIL certification or equivalent knowledge/experience.
