We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence – Expansion (m/f/d) to join our Expansion team as a hands-on generalist and a driving force behind BEAT81’s growth across Germany.

Expansion at BEAT81 runs across three stages—Acquisition (signing new real estate), Construction (building out our studios), and Launch (opening them to the world)—and this role sits right at the front of that engine, with a special focus on Acquisition. You’ll work closely with the leadership and Expansion teams to drive our signing targets and studio openings, with a very direct impact on the company’s growth and revenue. This is a unique opportunity to take on a high-impact role in the Expansion team, where every deal you close becomes a real space where thousands sweat together.
