The Role… At Soho House, as a Maintenance Supervisor , you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team to ensure that all areas of the club — including public spaces, guest areas, kitchen, spa, gym, and back-of-house — are kept in excellent condition. You’ll play a key role in supporting the club’s operations by ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and fully functional environment for members, guests, and staff.

What We Are Looking For

A successful Maintenance Supervisor for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. Minimum 3–5 years in a building maintenance or engineering role, with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity Broad technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facilities upkeep Experience managing contractors, PPM schedules, and maintenance logs Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of health safety legislation, risk assessments, and compliance standards The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
