Shopmonkey — Morgan Hill, California
Associate Payments Adoption Managers are part of a purpose-driven team that provides an extraordinary product and has an extraordinary impact in customers’ lives. Based in or near Morgan Hill, California, this role will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with new or existing customers that are underutilizing the power of Shopmonkey payments for their business. A successful candidate will be well versed in embedded payments processing, and find creative solutions based on each shop’s needs and workflow.
Please note this is a hybrid role, with in-office expectations 2 days/week in our Morgan Hill, California office. As an Associate Payments Adoption Manager, you will: Prospect into our customer base proactively through outbound/inbound efforts (focus will depend on experience and company needs) to ensure they are maximizing the benefit of Shopmonkey Payments Work closely and collaboratively with Leadership to develop and implement appropriate plans for your shops to help them grow their volume and impact of Shopmonkey Payments for their business Conduct in-depth rate analysis on both internal and competitor rates Become an expert in our credit card processing for both online and in person transactions, sell our available card reader terminals, and surrounding fintech solutions that can benefit our shops Ensure all customers are followed up with, assisted and successful with their use of Shopmonkey Payments Generate and maintain expert knowledge of the Shopmonkey core and Payments product offerings, the automotive services industry, competition, market happenings and trends Oversee that our CRM is being utilized and managed effectively Meet and exceed monthly quota and daily KPI’s To be successful in this role, you'll need: Experience in a B2B SaaS and Embedded Payments environment Ability and willingness to be a team player by collaborating and leading by example Highly intelligent, passionate, with tenacious work ethic and desire to be a top performer An honest and genuine approach to helping customers Resourceful and adaptable to change grow from feedback that is received Ability to handle objections and proactively address potential roadblocks and/or issues Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professional demeanor on the phone Ability to articulate product value proposition with any level of detail or brevity Desire to grow within our organization Bonus: Bachelor's degree preferred Experience and interest in the Automotive industry Fluent in Spanish! This full-time position is compensated at an expected OTE of $80,000.
