Fernway is looking for an experienced Distribution Manager to join our NY team. The Distribution Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing deliveries to cannabis establishments across the state, managing a team and serving as the primary operational contact for a network of retail partners. Planning and scheduling cannabis deliveries and pickups, in accordance with state regulations Monitoring and logging transport activities, in accordance with state regulations Auditing sales orders for accuracy, thoroughness and viability with regard to pricing, quantity and availability Scaling, leading and supervising the distribution team, including hiring, training and evaluating (8+) staff members.

, on an as-needed basis 21+ years old State-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record Managerial experience Professional driving experience; Cannabis experience preferred Comfortability on the road, as both driver and passenger Familiarity with state geography and roadways (preferred) Experience with delivery logistics and route planning Exceptional attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Self-starter with a positive attitude Familiarity with Metrc (preferred) Familiarity with the Google Suite (preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
