We are looking for a Video Editor to join our creative team and help bring brands to life through compelling video content and motion graphics. This role is ideal for someone with strong editing expertise, excellent creative judgement, and the confidence to take ownership of projects from brief through to final delivery.
The role will focus primarily on video editing (approximately 70%), alongside motion graphics and animation work (approximately 30%). You will work across a variety of projects for both emerging brands and global clients, creating engaging, platform-specific content that combines strong storytelling, technical excellence, and creative thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of video editing projects from concept to final delivery, working independently while collaborating with Senior Creatives, Creative Directors, and Design Directors. Create high-quality video content across multiple formats, including brand films, case studies, social content, internal communications, and campaign assets. Develop and execute motion graphics, animated titles, and branded visual assets to support storytelling and enhance content performance.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within fast-paced timelines and with minimal support. Ensure industry standards are met across editing, motion graphics, quality control, and final asset delivery. Collaborate with the Lead Editor and wider creative team to evolve production capabilities and support the growth of the editing department.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design. Proven ability to independently manage and deliver audiovisual projects from concept through to final output. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing.
Ability to work autonomously, make creative decisions confidently, and drive projects forward with limited guidance. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Strong editing craft, including pacing, storytelling, rhythm, and narrative development.
Ability to create high-quality motion graphics, animated titles, and branded motion assets. Experience in colour grading, audio mixing, and multi-platform content delivery. Excellent project organisation, file management, and version control.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Highly self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable working independently while maintaining creative excellence.
