Requirements

This role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to perform installations efficiently within a structured, high-volume deployment environment. Technicians are expected to follow defined processes, ensure installation quality, and support overall site productivity. This position reports to the Site Leader.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1–3 years of experience in automotive, mechanical, or installation-related roles Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs Strong attention to detail and quality focus Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Valid driver’s license Ability to work NIGHT SHIFT Ability to travel up to 80% of the time across the U.S PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Experience in
