What You’Ll Do
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Manager, Memory Sales to lead one of the company’s most critical strategic accounts within the rapidly evolving AI infrastructure and advanced memory ecosystem. This role will focus heavily on High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), and next-generation memory solutions supporting AI training and inference platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary commercial and strategic interface for a customer, driving executive engagement, long-term business planning, supply alignment, pricing strategy, and cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, and product teams.
Location: Daily onsite presence at our San Jose, CA Headquarters in alignment with our Flexible Work policy with 10-15% travel.
Key Responsibilities
: Strategic Account Leadership - Own and manage one of the company’s largest and most strategically important AI infrastructure accounts. - Develop and execute long-term account strategies aligned with customer roadmap, technology transitions, and capacity planning. - Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across sourcing, engineering, operations, and architecture teams.
HBM Advanced Memory Business Management -Lead all commercial activities related to HBM, and next-generation memory technologies. - Drive business negotiations involving pricing, supply allocation, product transitions, qualification timelines, and long-term agreements. - Support customer programs spanning AI accelerators, GPU platforms, networking systems, and datacenter infrastructure.
Requirements
- Provide strategic insights on industry direction, competitive positioning, and technology adoption impacting the customer roadmap. Cross-Functional Program Execution - Collaborate closely with engineering, product planning, operations, quality, and executive leadership teams to ensure seamless customer support and issue resolution. - Coordinate qualification schedules, production readiness, supply ramp planning, and technical escalations.
- Lead internal alignment for critical customer deliverables and executive reviews. Customer Engagement Issue Resolution - Anticipate customer needs and proactively manage risks related to supply, qualification, performance, and operational execution. - Drive urgent issue resolution with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in fast-moving environments.
- Maintain high levels of customer trust through transparent communication and consistent execution. Data-Driven Business Management - Analyze market trends, customer demand signals, pricing dynamics, and internal operational data to drive strategic decisions. - Develop executive-level business reviews, forecasting models, and revenue growth strategies.
What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineer, Business, or related discipline and 15+ years sales experience in semiconductor industry or related technical field.
