Description Terraphase Engineering is seeking an Project Manager to join our growing team in our Los Angeles, or Sacramento offices. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of hazardous building materials, industrial hygiene, and environmental consulting projects while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

You'll lead project teams, oversee technical work, mentor junior staff, and help deliver high quality solutions that protect human health and the environment.

Who You Are

Cal/OSHA Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) certification required College degree (BS, MS, MPH) in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline 5+ years of experience managing hazardous building materials, industrial hygiene, or environmental consulting projects Strong technical knowledge of asbestos, lead, mold, indoor air quality, and hazardous building materials regulations Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER certification CDPH Lead Inspector/Assessor certification or ability to obtain Strong leadership, organization, and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to travel throughout California for project and client needs Flexibility to occasionally support off hours work, including evenings and weekends, when project demands require

Compensation

for this position is based on years of experience, technical expertise, technical education, and geographic location.
