Job Summary: · Senior Associates, Business Intelligence, are excellent problem solvers and play a critical role working alongside their analytics and media peers.
In this role, you will help to improve marketing efficiency and support all data management, QA, and reporting deliverables. · You will serve as a core partner to local Business Intelligence teams, supporting all ongoing reporting, dashboard, and data quality needs.
Responsibilities
· Dashboard delivery maintenance: support implementation, ongoing updates, enhancements, and issue resolution for paid media performance dashboards; ensure accuracy, functionality, and responsiveness to feedback. · Reporting visualization: populate reporting and data deliverables (eg weekly/monthly/quarterly/wrap) and clear, accurate visualizations (Power BI/Tableau/Looker); ensure outputs meet quality and timeliness expectations. · Data extraction hygiene: extract data from multiple media platforms; perform hygiene and QC · Data QA: perform rigorous daily/weekly QA to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies; ensure integrity across all reporting deliverables.

are adhered to. · Data integrations troubleshooting: support new data source onboarding (parsing, benchmarks, mapping); perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; coordinate fixes with BI/Data Ops. · Partner data collection: assist with intake and QA of partner-provided performance data.
· Documentation: maintain current documentation for data processes, logic, and workflows to enable consistency and knowledge sharing. · Team support: support project timelines and deliverable schedules; communicate progress, risks, and dependencies; participate in team calls as needed. · Continuous improvement: research platform capabilities and industry trends; propose ways to improve data quality, efficiency, and feasibility of new reporting asks.
Desired Skills and Experience · Experience: 2+ years in analytics/BI working with large datasets; paid media performance/delivery data preferred (2–4 years relevant media experience acceptable). · BI visualization: hands-on Power BI experience; Tableau/Looker helpful; strong ability to present data clearly and accurately. · Analytics foundations: strong quantitative and problem-solving skills; statistics/modeling background a plus.
· Media platforms: digital media experience preferred, including Google Campaign Manager (ad serving), major digital/social platforms, and web analytics (Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics). · Technical skills: advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, charts); SQL/Python/R a plus; tag management and application coding experience are additional pluses. , CPV, VCR, GRP) and how they connect to business outcomes.
· Ways of working: able to run day-to-day workstreams on large analytical projects with limited guidance; strong communication, especially in offshore/onshore collaboration. Minimum of 3 hour overlap with NY in the morning (EST or CST time zones) required, up to 6 hour overlap desired. Experience working with onshore (US) teams preferred.
