: Daily opening of email from the general online email inbox Maintain a good online filing system Daily checking, matching and posting invoices.

Requirements

: Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance Analytical with an ability to problem solve independently Strong organizational skills Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills A team player Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, An individual who is able to work simultaneously on several tasks while maintaining an immaculate attention to detail Enthusiastic self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and to take on challenges Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet schedules and deadlines Experience with Mediaocean systems an asset Life at WPP Media
