What You’Ll Do

: Perform maintenance and repair work efficiently and in accordance with dealership and Ford OEM standards Accurately diagnose vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment Provide clear labor and time estimates for recommended repairs Communicate technical findings clearly with Service Advisors and management Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs to ensure safety and quality Execute warranty repairs to Ford manufacturer specifications Maintain accurate and thorough repair documentation (cause, correction, specifications) Promote a “fix it right the first time” mindset on every repair

What We’Re Looking For

: Ford Master Technician Certified Technician 3+ years of experience with advanced automotive diagnostics Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical, brakes, steering, suspension, and HVAC Quality-driven, reliable, and team-oriented

Requirements

: Possess a valid driver's license and have a favorable motor vehicle record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances Authorized to work in the United States
