About You You are a People Operations professional who combines operational rigor with genuine care for the people you support. You operate with real autonomy across a complex, multi-region environment - equally comfortable advising an employee, leading an EMEA compliance audit, and designing a process from scratch. You’re structured and analytical, with a growth mindset and genuine curiosity about where technology and automation can take HR next.
You lead cross-functional projects with minimal supervision, spot gaps before they become problems, and show up as a trusted partner to the people and managers you work with. What skills do I need?
