Requirements

Languages Frameworks Scala /Apache Beam Python /FastAPI, pytest Data Cloud Google Cloud Platform: App Engine, Cloud Functions v2, Cloud Build, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, GCS, Cloud SQL (MySQL) BigQuery — schema design, analytical queries, dataset management Apache Beam / Google Dataflow — distributed ETL at scale Data lakes DevOps Tooling CI/CD Docker, minikube Git submodules, gcloud SDK Languages Spanish and English

Responsibilities

Maintain and extend ETL pipelines Build and operate REST microservices (Akka HTTP / Python) Design BigQuery schemas and optimize analytical queries Operate and extend AI-powered tooling (PR reviewer, infrastructure monitoring bot) Maintain backward compatibility across legacy and modern authentication flows Nice-to-have: ApacheBeans Kafka Dataflow
