What We'Re Looking For

: Ideally you have previous experience in a high-volume call centre, particularly within customer retention, loyalty, save teams, renewals or outbound customer engagement Confident handling objections and influencing customer decisions over the phone Strong communication and relationship-building skills You thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy achieving and exceeding KPIs A resilient, positive and customer-focused mindset Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A genuine desire to help customers succeed and deliver positive outcomes
