Project Manager - Facilities Maintenance Operations

About The Role

: This position will provide strategic leadership and full life-cycle management of the contract, with overall responsibility for the successful execution, performance, and administration of maintenance services operations.

Lead program status reviews, internal team meetings, customer engagement activities, business development initiatives, and other operational functions. Oversee contract modifications, negotiations, and execution of contractual changes. Own and maintain accountability for contract Profit Loss (P L) performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, revenue tracking, and financial reporting to achieve business objectives.

Develop and implement program evaluation and continuous improvement processes to enhance operational effectiveness. Direct financial and operational activities to maximize productivity, profitability, and contract performance. Partner with union representatives, including participation in collective bargaining agreement (CBA) negotiations and labor relations activities.

What We'Re Looking For

: 5+ years of experience managing a Base Operations Support (BOS) contract, including specialized experience in facilities maintenance. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Management, or a related field.
