Responsibilities
: As a Change Management Consultant, you will work across projects as a thought leader and develop change strategies that enable successful digital and organizational transformations and cloud based technology implementations Be a champion of change on projects with customers across various practices Strategically collaborate with customers to determine the best approach to user adoption Train customers on the solutions we’ve built and how to best implement change within their organization Work alongside superusers to give users a voice in the implementation Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features and major launches and train and mentor our team as required Understand client's culture, business strategies, and associated organizational change management opportunities and challenges Approach organizational change as both an art and a science, leveraging proven change methodologies, as well as a strong understanding of individual and organizational psychological factors that influence and drive behavioral change Build relationships with constituents including: clients, internal teams, and consulting partners Work across teams to serve as the "expert" on organizational change management including: overall program strategy, change design and execution, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, communication and training, project management, business process design, sustainment, and measurement Support a growing practice and be able to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, aid in identifying opportunities and building client relationships, internal infrastructure, and best practices to strengthen our foundation
Requirements
: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in general management/software consulting preferred Experience related to the successful delivery of change management work including: change assessments, job/role design, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, change impact analysis, education, communications, training, user adoption, change measurements, and sustainment Experience conducting business interviews and leading client workshops Skills/Technical: Proven ability to thrive in technical environments, especially implementations of Salesforce products Experience with Salesforce Serv
