We are currently looking for qualified individuals to fill the position of Senior Director ! This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the developmental preschool program , therapy, and ABA programs at the site, building Pediatrics Plus culture, and ensuring excellence in service. The Senior Director o versees all aspects of the site operations including preschool and therapy enrollment, leadership of team members , management of systems and processes at the site level, compliance to all state-mandated guidelines, revenue/expenses, and health and safety.

What You Will Do

: Lead by example and ensure the Pediatrics Plus culture is reinforced in all decision-making for the site . Lead daily huddles of team to be used for priority setting, obstacle identification, and support of team members. Lead site retention efforts to retain quality team members.

Oversee the direction of the preschool program and therapy/ABA operations, specifically regarding preschool and therapy being therapeutically/developmentally focused; a collaborative environment between teachers, therapists, and other team members; and with a high priority placed on family engagement and involvement. Oversee all aspects of staff management including hiring, terminations, corrective actions, performance reviews, position placements, promotions, and training. Ensures approval from Regional Leader and Legal for terminations based on company violations other than occurrence policy violation.

Oversee all annual themes ensuring they are actively promoted and reinforced following directions provided from senior leadership. Ensure compliance through Arkansas Childcare Licensing, AR Medicaid EIDT, governing agencies, audits, and any additional compliance requests by the organization. Provide oversight and leadership to staff management to promote leadership growth and site development.

This includes weekly or bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with: Director of Therapy Services Director of Preschool Services Director of ABA Services Administrative Team Lead Nurse. Provide oversight and compliance with all aspects of the preschool and therapy budget including revenue, expenses, and payroll within the parameters of the site’s projections. Oversee the developmental preschool enrollment and therapy caseload management.

Make decisions and oversee the discharge process for children attending the preschool and/or therapy. Maintain quality assurance through measures provided by Pediatrics Plus administration.

Compensation

, leaves of absences, and any needed paperwork) are completed accurately and timely and that adequate communication is maintained with the Human Resources Department. Oversee and handle site-related people issues including but not limited to coaching, written warnings, development plans, and termination with approval from designated leadership. Attend and represent site in designated organizational, leadership, and clinical program line meetings.

Assist with marketing events, doctor visits, and other marketing avenues as needed and/or requested. Responsible for handling any parent complaints or concerns and escalating if warranted to appropriate leadership.
