Summary- San Simeon Estate is seeking a warm, polished, and hospitality-driven Host to join our opening team. As the first point of contact for guests, the Host plays a critical role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring exceptional service from arrival to departure.

Set within Paso Robles' Willow Creek District, San Simeon Estate combines coastal-inspired cuisine, estate-grown wines, and elevated hospitality. We are looking for team members who are professional, organized, and passionate about delivering genuine hospitality.

Responsibilities

- Current duties may be changed if job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary. Welcome guests and provide a gracious first impression. Manage reservations and seating assignments using Tock.

Coordinate guest flow between the tasting room, dining areas, and outdoor spaces. Communicate wait times and assist with special requests. Support servers and management to ensure seamless service.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of entry, host stand, and guest areas.

Minimum Qualifications

- Must be 21+ Weekend and holiday availability required. Friendly, professional, and highly organized. Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Team-oriented and attentive to detail. Fast, efficient, and proactive in anticipating needs. Takes pride in maintaining a clean and polished environment.

Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous restaurant, winery, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.
