What We'Re Looking For

: Partner Forces is seeking a collaborative, strategic, and mission-driven Senior Consultant, Cybersecurity Critical Infrastructure to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). This role is ideal for someone who understands cybersecurity and critical infrastructure but is passionate about applying that expertise in a consulting environment. Rather than serving as a hands-on technical operator, you'll advise clients, facilitate collaboration, solve complex challenges, and help drive strategic initiatives that strengthen the security and resilience of our nation's critical infrastructure.

What You Will Do

as a Senior Consultant: Support strategic cybersecurity and critical infrastructure initiatives for DHS and CISA clients. Advise government leaders on complex mission challenges and develop actionable recommendations. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working groups with government, industry, and technical stakeholders.

Develop executive briefings, reports, strategic plans, white papers, and other client deliverables. Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, actionable information for technical and executive audiences. Coordinate multiple client priorities while maintaining exceptional quality and responsiveness in a fast-moving environment.

Conduct research and analysis on emerging cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, and national security topics. Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, teammates, and external stakeholders. Contribute to business development initiatives, thought leadership, and internal corporate projects.

Mentor junior consultants through Partner Forces' apprenticeship model and foster a collaborative team environment.
