Job Summary The Integrated Product Marketing Specialist is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and commercial success of Phoenix Contact’s industrial networking, connectivity, and communications solutions across key application areas, including Transportation, Energy, and Public Safety. This role combines solution marketing with integrated marketing execution, with a strong emphasis on digital content creation, website and CMS (Drupal) management, and campaign deployment. The Specialist develops and executes solution-based messaging, creates digital and visual assets, and manages marketing initiatives that directly support business growth.
As a proactive and self-directed contributor, this individual identifies gaps, builds new solutions and content, and drives initiatives forward—not just supporting existing programs. Working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and Industry teams, the role ensures effective go-to-market execution and customer engagement across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities

Develop application-focused materials, including digital content, solution overviews, use cases, and case studies. Own and manage website content, including product pages, solution pages, and landing pages, using CMS (Drupal); apply basic HTML/CSS as needed to ensure accuracy and optimization. Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives through content optimization, campaign landing pages, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, lead-nurturing workflows, and marketing automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot). , graphics, presentations, videos, and campaign materials) using Adobe Creative Suite. Support product positioning and the development of product launch and sales enablement materials, including product briefs, presentations, and brochures.
Drive execution of solution launches, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives aligned with commercial objectives. Identify gaps in marketing content, campaigns, or positioning and proactively develop solutions to address them. Monitor campaign and digital performance metrics and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align messaging with application and market needs. Support planning and execution of trade shows and events, including booth coordination, event content, and integrated campaign support. Manage multiple projects and timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
Demonstrate initiative by independently driving work forward while incorporating input from stakeholders as needed.
