Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Systems Project Manager with experience working with finance systems such as NetSuite, procurement tools, and expense platforms.

Reporting Line: This role reports directly to the Head of Projects and Programs (Enterprise Technologies), with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Head of Finance Systems. The Finance Systems team owns the strategy and governance for core finance platforms, while this role is responsible for project execution, delivery, and driving scalable process improvements in partnership with Finance stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

: Background in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Systems Experience managing finance systems implementations, integrations, or transformation projects Familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, procurement systems, and expense platforms Understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Have
