Whether it’s powering sales assistants, research copilots, or internal knowledge tools, we’re the missing link between LLMs and the real world The role We are looking for a detail-oriented Tradeshow Events Coordinator to own the planning and execution of our presence at industry conferences, tradeshows, and corporate events. You will manage logistics from booth procurement to post-show lead follow-up, ensuring every event delivers measurable ROI.

Responsibilities
will include: Plan and manage end-to-end tradeshow and event logistics (booth design, shipping, setup, staffing) Maintain the annual events calendar and manage budgets across 10–20 events per year Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and internal stakeholders Oversee pre-show promotions and post-show lead handoff to the sales team Track event performance metrics and report on pipeline impact Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and event organizers We expect you to have: 2–4 years of experience in event coordination or field marketing Strong project management skills; experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead tracking preferred Key employee
