Role overview The HR operations and development specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth, consistent, and efficient delivery of core HR processes and programs, including onboarding and learning development initiatives. The role supports a high-quality employee experience through strong coordination, process follow-up and continuous improvement of HR practices.
