Position Description Oklo is transforming the future of energy, and we’re looking for a senior Integration Engineer to join our Systems Engineering team and help drive the successful integration of complex hardware systems from design through validation, verification and deployment.
This role is ideal for a systems-minded engineer with 5–10 years of experience working across Systems Engineering, Integration and Test, hardware engineering, project execution, and procurement teams in a highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as nuclear engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, systems engineering, or a related discipline. 5–10 years of experience in systems engineering and integration of complex hardware systems. Proven experience working with Systems Engineering, Integration and Test, or SEIT-type teams in a cross-functional engineering environment.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across diverse technical teams, including engineering, project management, procurement, manufacturing, suppliers, and test organizations. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive alignment across teams with competing priorities. Experience supporting system integration activities in a highly regulated or technically complex industry.
Qualifications
: Advanced degree in engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
