Contracts & Procurement Specialist

Thanks for your interest in Oklo! We are searching for a Contracts Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement Supply Chain team. Position Description The Contracts Procurement Specialist is responsible for supporting commercial contracting and procurement execution across Oklo’s engineering, manufacturing, construction, operations, and corporate functions.

This role performs the full lifecycle of procurement and contracting activities, including supplier engagement, sourcing support, commercial negotiations, contract drafting and administration, purchase order management, and cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Quality, Construction, and Program Management teams.

Minimum Qualifications

: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Legal Studies, or a related field 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, commercial management, supply chain operations, or related disciplines Experience drafting, negotiating, and administering commercial agreements and purchase orders Experience supporting sourcing and procurement activities across multiple categories of spend Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution Bonus

Qualifications

: Experience supporting engineering services, manufacturing, construction, EPC, or industrial projects Experience in nuclear, energy, aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or other highly regulated industries Familiarity with quality assurance
