Responsibilities

will vary; however, some of them will be to: Coordinate with the CEO all the weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates. Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach. Take responsibility for the first stage of the recruitment process.

(CV Screening) Take ownership of the Recruitment Software, Greenhouse: Renew and update job postings via the platform. Update the job description to attract more candidates Ensure synchronization between FirstMind and Greenhouse. You will report to the senior recruitment and to the CEO What we expect from you We do expect you to: Have acquired a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results Have a UK work permit Have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable around you Take ownership of everything you do, be proactive and follow through on commitments Desire to get to know other people and learn, develop, and push yourself.

No experience is needed. If need be, we will teach you everything you need to know about recruiting. Start date Flexible The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate.
