Development/Operations Coordinator (Part-Time) Tufts Hillel Role Overview Tufts Hillel is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative professional to join our team as the Development/Operations Coordinator . This key team member will play a vital role in supporting the success of our $1M+ annual fund by managing essential behind-the-scenes operations that drive our fundraising efforts forward. Reporting jointly to the Director of Development and the Director of Operations Finance, the Coordinator will contribute to the smooth execution of development initiatives, donor stewardship, and data management.

Responsibilities

of this role will vary based on peaks around holidays, events, donor meetings, and fundraising activities. This is a year-round, hybrid position with a flexible schedule of 20-25 hours per week with estimated 80/20 split between development and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update donor records in Salesforce, guaranteeing data accuracy Prepare and send weekly donor acknowledgement letters ensuring timely recognition Process financial transactions including payments, reimbursements, and donations Generate and compile fundraising reports to support strategic planning, donor stewardship, and performance tracking Provide staffing support across departments including scheduling meetings, coordinating external engagements, and assist with day-to-day administrative needs Manage office supplies and inventory including ordering, organizing, and tracking of materials Assist with planning, logistics, and execution of events Welcome and assist Tufts Hillel visitors (in person, by phone, and by email) General administrative duties for Tufts Hillel as assigned Minimum

Required Qualifications
