Specific eligibility and coverage details will be provided during the hiring process** Job Summary: LifeSafety Management is currently seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to join our team. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting low voltage Fire Alarm and Security Systems and resolving any problems. Main focus will be fire alarm system with occasional exposure to other systems such as: CCTV, Access controls.
Projects will typically involve commercial projects around the Southeast Florida region. This position requires a thorough understanding of fire alarm products, supporting software, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities
: Service of Fire Alarm and associated systems. Occasional installations as needed.
Requirements
and general status of job Participate in “on-call rotation” May mentor other technicians on tools and technology Required Skills
, including holding a valid driver’s license and maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record. Field certifications a plus (NICET, FASA/BASA). This role may require extended periods of sitting or standing, movement around the office or job site, and operation of standard equipment.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of field experience in repair, service, and/or installation of fire alarm systems. Fire Alarm Panel Programming experience preferred. Experience in other low voltage systems such as CCTV Access Control preferred.
Familiarity with NFPA 72, Florida Fire Prevention Code, and local building codes.
