as a Civil Project Engineer: Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents Perform and/or lead construction observation and management Provide technical guidance and quality control Support clients with services during bidding, contracting, and construction Coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies for permitting and compliance
