Our RBT Trainer directly contributes to our mission of making autism services personal by overseeing and leading clinical trainings for team members to uphold our standards of quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: Maintain a direct RBT client caseload of 15 hours per week Establish maintain a therapeutic relationship by pairing self as a reinforcing entity and building the value for the client of social Prompting safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build a repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem-solving Fading prompts appropriately to promote both successful and independent Increasing the frequency and/or duration of safe and appropriate replacement behaviors by providing access to reinforcers (desired items/actions, attention, or removal of demands/aversive situations).
Requirements
per the roles If a new-hire cohort is not assigned to the Trainer’s site during an onboarding cycle, the RBT Trainer will be available as “float” staff in their home clinic during open time slots.
