The Role As a Fleet Management Intern, you will support regional fleet operations and assist in managing a group of local depots. This internship provides hands-on exposure to fleet management processes, contributing to fleet availability, vehicle quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will support the execution of end-to-end fleet management processes, including vehicle management, supplier coordination, inventory control, logistics, and close collaboration with local operations teams, ensuring procedures are followed and service quality standards are met.
Reporting directly to the Regional Fleet Lead, you will work closely with regional colleagues and local teams, gaining practical experience and contributing to operational results. What will you work on? Support the execution and improvement of fleet and asset management procedures defined by central teams Assist in maximizing fleet availability through support in vehicle in-fleeting, intervention follow-up, and de-fleeting processes Help ensure local depots are stocked with the required inventory and assist with spare parts purchasing when needed Learn about the vehicles operated by Indie Campers and support local teams with vehicle-related operational tasks Assist in coordinating vehicle movements with local teams and logistics partners Support the development and maintenance of relationships with workshops and fleet partners Help monitor vehicle operating costs and support basic data analysis for the region Contribute to regional improvement and expansion projects Who are we looking for?
