What You Will Do

You will join the implementation team as a Senior Salesforce Developer . This is a hands-on technical role where you will design, build, and maintain high quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. Time is currently split 50/50 between maintenance and project work.

Key projects span new product line implementations with self-service flow capabilities, improvements to the end-to-end quote-to-cash flow, debt collection optimization, and reducing friction in the customer invoice payment process. You will focus on custom Apex development and integration architecture, while also championing the use of AI-assisted development tools. Where you will have impact Design and implement robust, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex and LWC, following enterprise patterns.

Build and maintain integration flows connecting Salesforce with internal and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events. Actively use and experiment with AI coding tools to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and champion new ways of working across the team. Mentor and guide other developers through peer code reviews and knowledge sharing to elevate the team's overall expertise.
